Setup customer support chatbot

Small e-commerce store getting 50+ support tickets daily for the same 10 questions (shipping times, returns, order status). Need a chatbot on our website that can handle these FAQs and hand off to human for complex issues. We use Zendesk. Should integrate nicely without looking spammy. Training data/FAQ content provided.
