Financial model for fundraising

Pre-seed startup raising $500k. Need a 3-year financial model with monthly projections Y1, quarterly Y2-3. SaaS metrics: MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate. Should handle multiple scenarios (conservative/base/optimistic). Must look professional for investor meetings. I have historical data from 6 months of operations.
