SEO audit and optimization plan

E-commerce site selling handmade jewelry (~200 products). Traffic has plateaued at 5k/month. Need a comprehensive audit covering technical SEO, content gaps, and backlink opportunities. Deliverable should be a prioritized action plan I can implement myself or hand to a developer. Currently on Shopify.
