Build REST API for mobile app

Building a fitness tracking app and need a backend API. Core features: user auth (JWT), workout logging, progress tracking, social features (following, sharing). PostgreSQL preferred. Need proper documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger) and basic rate limiting. Bonus if you can help with deployment to AWS or Railway.
