Build automated reporting system

Need to automate weekly reports that currently take 4 hours manually. Pull data from Google Analytics, Stripe, and our PostgreSQL database. Generate PDF report with charts and email to stakeholders every Monday 8am. Python preferred. Should handle API rate limits gracefully and alert on failures.
