Analyze customer survey data

Just ran an NPS survey with 500 responses including open-ended feedback. Need: sentiment analysis of comments, demographic breakdown of scores, identification of key themes/pain points, and a summary presentation. Data is in CSV format. Looking for actionable insights, not just charts.
