Convert Figma designs to React components

Have 12 screens designed in Figma for a dashboard app. Need them converted to clean React components using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Must be responsive (mobile-first) and accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA). Component library structure preferred (Storybook a plus). Design system tokens already defined in Figma.
